Open More › Advanced search. At the top, choose whether you search in “People” or in “Content”. All criteria you set work together. The button at the bottom continuously shows how many results there are.
For people, these areas are available:
How it works
- Set the criteria you want.
- Tap “Show N results”.
- In the results list, tap a person to open their profile. “Close” takes you back to the criteria.
- “Full text”: name, note, organization, and more
- “Organization & structure”: organization, level, and location
- “Topic & relationship”: topic / tag, topic clusters, and relationship type
- “Social Media”: only people with a social profile, per platform if you like
- “My perspective”: with or without a personal relationship, and its type
- “More criteria”: only with follow-up, only with notes, or only without role assignment
NoteUnder “Content”, you search documents and notes by text, content type, and organization. The results include references to the related people and organizations.
