Content & insights
Inbox
In the Inbox you collect content related to your contacts: emails, notes, web pages, documents and calls. Linknor analyzes it on your device and helps you assign it to people and organizations.
Overview #
Open More › Inbox. At the top you see the figures “Total”, “Open” and “This week”, below them the content, newest first. Each card shows the type, title, a text preview, the status “Open” or “Analyzed” and the assigned people or organizations. Tap a card to open the content.
Content reaches the Inbox via “Send to Linknor” in other apps’ Share menu, from calls, by scanning or manually.
- Search field “Browse content…” above the list.
- Filter chips by source, such as “Email”, “Call”, “Website”, “Document” or “Note”, each with a count.
- Buttons at the top: AI analysis search (brain icon), “Scan document”, “Add manually” (plus) and Help.
- Long press on a card: jump to the assigned person or organization, open the source or delete the content.
View content #
Tap a card to open the content. The view is organized into cards.
The “More” menu (three dots at the top right) gives you further actions: “Edit metadata”, “Change category”, “Edit analysis”, “Re-analyze”, “Delete analysis” and “Move to Trash”. Depending on the content, “Open source”, “Forward to contact” or “Share file” are added.
- Header with type, title and relevance (“High”, “Medium” or “Low”). Tapping the title opens “Edit metadata”.
- “Link suggestions”: detected people and organizations to accept or reject.
- “Content”: the text; for documents and images, a preview.
- “AI Analysis”, “Topics” and “Assignment”.
- “Metadata”: type, time of capture and of analysis, status.
AI analysis #
Linknor analyzes content directly on your iPhone; no data is sent to a server for this. The analysis summarizes the content and highlights what matters for your contacts.
If a piece of content has no analysis yet, tap “Start AI analysis”. “Re-analyze” in the “More” menu creates it again; while it runs, you see “Analyzing…”. Use “Edit” to correct the result by hand; “Delete” removes the analysis.
- Short and long summary of the content.
- “Relevance” with reasoning.
- “Conversation hooks”: starting points for conversations.
- “Recommended actions” with priority.
- “Detected Entities”: people, organizations, places, topics and dates.
- “Follow-up candidates” and “Uncertainties”.
Topics and assignment #
For a piece of content to appear in the right profile, you assign it to people and organizations. After the analysis, Linknor suggests detected people and organizations in the “Link suggestions” card. Tap the checkmark to link, or the x to reject the suggestion.
Assigned content appears in the contact or organization profile. Linknor also creates new topics as tags in the Library.
- “Assignment” card: shows linked contacts and organizations. With “Assign contact” or “Add another contact” you choose a person yourself; the x removes an assignment.
- “Topics” card: tap one of the “Suggestions from the content” or “Add topic” for a topic of your own.
Add content manually #
You create notes, texts, images and files directly in the Inbox. From a note, the analysis detects, for example, people, organizations, deadlines and recommended actions. You accept the suggestions as with any other content.
How it works
- In the Inbox, tap the plus (“Add manually”).
- Under “Category”, choose the “Source type”, such as “Note”.
- Enter a title (optional) and the text, or speak it with “Dictate”.
- If needed, add an image via “Choose image” or a document via “Select file”, or enter a URL.
- Tap “Save”.
- Open the new content. If there is no analysis yet, tap “Start AI analysis”.
AI analysis search #
The AI analysis search searches the results of all analyses. You open it in the Inbox via the brain icon at the top.
The search field “Topics, people, locations, actions…” is at the bottom. Results show the summary, topics and the number of recommended actions. To close, drag the sheet down.
- The tabs “Everything”, “Topics”, “People”, “Actions” and “Summaries” narrow the search.
- Figures “Analyses”, “Topics” and “People”.
- “Most Frequent Topics”, “Detected people” and “Detected organizations” as chips; tap one to search for it.
- “Recent analyses” with the most recently evaluated content.
Move to Trash #
You move content you no longer need to the Trash. Open the content, tap “More” and choose “Move to Trash”. Linknor asks “Move to Trash?” and points out that the content will also be hidden from linked encounters and profiles. Confirm with “To Trash”.
In the Inbox list, you can also long-press the card and choose “Delete”. Under More › Trash you restore content or delete it permanently.
